Return Policies
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
- Please understand that we cannot offer cancellations, returns, refunds, or exchanges (unless product is defective).
- If the products happens to be defective on arrival, you must send us the defective product and we will be more than glad to exchange the product. The buyer is responsible for additional shipping fees incurred.
- If you place an order and do not have a Canadian shipping address, your order will be cancelled immediately, and refunded minus any PayPal processing fees.
- We do not issue refunds for lost, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages. If a package is damaged during transit or returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the shipping carrier.
